RW Blears advises Imbiba on its investment in Viewpoint Videos, a leading provider of wearable video capture technology

RW Blears recently advised the Imbiba team on their strategic growth capital investment in Viewpoint Videos.

Viewpoint Videos is the leading provider of wearable video capture technology for visitor attractions, driving experiences and adventure sports. The business was founded by David Humpston, a former junior rally driver, after receiving pre-seed funding from Peter Jones' Enterprise Academy, drawing on his own passion for motorsport and to capture and share experiences with friends.

Imbiba’s investment will support the company’s next phase of growth enabling the business to broaden its offering beyond its core base into new adventure and leisure verticals, strengthen its product and operations to support a larger and more diverse customer base, and accelerate its international expansion.
