RW Blears acted as legal adviser to Sessions who recently raised £7.5m in new funding to expand its roster of chefs and food venues.
Sessions operates a successful chef-led food hall on Brighton’s seafront and works with more than 50 kitchens around the country to produce food from the brands which it counts as partners. Press coverage of the transaction can be found here.
