Frank Daly
Trained with Olswang LLP, Frank has experience of a variety of corporate finance transactions including acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses, and general company law matters for both private and public companies. Frank has also acted on VCT mergers and enhanced buybacks and the launches of several EIS and VCT funds.
