Roger Blears
An adviser to alternative investment fund managers and fast-growing companies for over twenty years and one of the top names in the Venture Capital Trust and Enterprise Investment Scheme industries with a reputation as a ‘can do’ innovative corporate finance lawyer. Roger was formerly the Senior Partner (2006-2009) and Head of Corporate Finance (1995-2009) of Martineau before establishing RW.Blears LLP. He is a former non-executive director of Foresight Technology VCT plc (1999-2004) and Foresight 2 VCT PLC (2004-2008) and currently a non-executive director of the Enterprise Investment Scheme Association and a member of the VCT Forum of the Association of Investment Companies.
